Decertare was born and actually is a Machesri Bishel dragon, but as these don't exist in U'Lliyani she has been squeezed into the most fitting form available, that of a Suva. The temporary change is fine with her, for she is now a much better size and shape for righteous vengeful stomping. She is fluent in several languages and picks new ones up easily.
Decertare brings to the table four powers; fire breath, ice breath, fireproofing, and the ability to carry great deals of weight in flight.
