'Cassi (full name Carcassi Kerluni'tomas) was born and actually is a Hirgyae Bishel dragon, but as these don't exist in U'Lliyani she has been squeezed into the most fitting form available, that of a Suva. It's a very drastic change- naturally she is a serpentine marine creature.
More or less the equivilent of Quis' polar opposite, Carcassi's sole objective in life is to learn about the workings of the body and mind. That sounds harmless enough, until it comes to light that she accomplishes this by breaking people's hearts, minds, spirits, and eventually bodies in the most interesting and creative ways she can think of.
Carcassi has two powers; influence over dreams and the ability to induce varrying degrees of insanity in those around her.
